## Calls

### Is a Callfetti call a real phone call?

No. Every call is simulated inside the app. Callfetti does not use your phone number or mobile carrier, and it cannot call or text anyone.

### A countdown stopped before the call rang

An in-app countdown runs only while Callfetti stays open on the screen. If you leave the app or lock the iPhone, the countdown stops. To ring later when the app is closed, use a notification reminder instead.

### My reminder did not appear

Open Settings, then Notifications, then Callfetti, and make sure that Allow Notifications is on. A Focus mode or silent mode can hide or silence the reminder. When the reminder appears, tap it to open the call. It does not ring like a real phone call on the Lock Screen.

## Reaction videos and permissions

### Reaction recording does not work

Reaction recording needs the camera and the microphone. Open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Camera (and Microphone), and turn on Callfetti.

### Where are my videos?

Saved videos are in the Moments tab, on your iPhone only. We do not have a copy. To keep a video, share it or save it outside the app before you delete the app.

## Premium subscriptions

Premium will be available when Callfetti launches in the App Store. Apple handles the payment.

### How do I cancel?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then tap Callfetti. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Premium stays active until the end of the period that you paid for.

### How do I restore Premium on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Callfetti, and tap Restore Purchases.

### How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com), sign in, and choose the purchase.

## Rights requests

If you own rights in a character or other content in Callfetti and want it changed or removed, email [support@callfetti.com](mailto:support@callfetti.com?subject=Rights%20request) with the subject “Rights request”. See [what to include](https://callfetti.com/terms/#ip).

## Your data

### How do I delete my data?

Your callers, videos and reminders stay on your iPhone. Delete them in the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data.
